EDT-SCS Thyristor

EDT-SCS series intelligent thyristor power module is an electronic power device designed for fast and dynamic switching of 0.4kV power capacitor. The main circuit of thyristor adopts anti-parallel module, which supports multiple control modes like electric level and electric pulse. It is suitable for the electric load field which requires the fast switching of capacitors with the impact load.
